2019 Historian’s Report
August 3, 2019
The 132nd annual Andrew Family Reunion had approximately 50 people in attendance!
The family meeting was called to order at 2:07pm by family president, Kim Halstead. A brief moment of silence was held for those we lost. The secretary’s report was accepted as read and the introductions were given by a family member from each family. The treasurer’s report was accepted as read with $2,271 in the family account.
There was no old business to discuss.
New business included the oldest member present being Bobby Andrew, 85. The youngest member being Lucy DePoto, 2 and the farthest traveled was Bobby’s family from Cleveland, Ohio. The meeting adjourned at 2:58pm.
Family News
Russell Andrew III graduated from UCONN and got a new job at Lockheed Martin in Camden, Arkansas, in the aerospace division.
Kyle Andrew and Skye Stella became engaged on May 18th in Philadelphia, PA.
Hillary Federico’s father, Michael, passed away on May 29, 2019.
Matt Andrew and Hillary Federico got married in Arlington, VT on10/7/2018.
Jake DeLardi graduated high school and finished his first year of college at Coastal Carolina University.
Skylar DeLardi came in 1st place in the State of CT veterinary science competition among all VoAG high schools.
Rick Noble announced that his daughter, Justina’s, Cystic Fibrosis had progressed to the point where they accepted she did not have much longer to live. The family had a moment of silence and prayer for Justina.
